We Help Children
Find Friends
Problem
Is your child struggling to make or keep friends? Are they lonely or slow to join in? Do they get teased or lack confidence at school?
Reality
The unwritten rules of getting to know other kids, reading social cues, making friends, keeping them, and responding to teasing are numerous and complex. If a child doesn’t know these rules, spending more time with peers won’t solve the problem.
Solution
Using PEERS® and Unstuck & On Target!®, we teach the unwritten rules in a way that boosts confidence. By going step-by-step and following the five stages of social learning, your child will develop the social and friendship skills needed for a happier, more rewarding childhood.

Absolutely! Sometimes the schedule doesn’t work, sometimes the group is full & sometimes you’re just too far… making telehealth the better option.
Also, sometimes a one-on-one program will give us better results… If your child has a learning or language disorder, individual services may be best. Children who have difficulty with comprehension often do better when the content is broken down, simplified or presented slower.
